Any evaluation of this math prof’s (Williams College) attempt to show the Penn. vote count is inaccurate. by around 100,000 votes?

(The website IMHO is a thoroughly right-wing outlet.)

As an attempted expert witness affidavit, this has some formal problems. Some of it would probably be struck as hearsay, but an affidavit from the phone survey company could probably cure some of that.

More interesting is whether his analysis tells us anything – which I am not competent to judge. On a very broad level, though, I see two large issues of whether it proves anything:

    (1) The phone survey called only registered Republicans. This affidavit therefore cannot tell us whether there were also errors in the mail ballot returns from registered Democrats, and so we cannot tell if the supposed errors had any effect on the winner in Penn.

    (2) There is no indication that the phone survey asked the voters whose ballots were allegedly mailed but not counted who they voted for. So, as evidence, there is not enough here to say whether those ballots were all cast for Trump or whether any of them were.

A finer grained analysis from our host here?
